‘New’ values a whole-of-team collaboration

Manidis Roberts people are passionate about the culture of their organisation and nowhere is this better reflected than in the values to which they collectively ascribe.

During a series of workshops, all members of staff were invited to relate personal stories epitomising the company’s values, and to contribute ideas on how best to articulate those values in a way that would be meaningful to all who read them.

This grassroots-driven process engendered much lively discussion and eventually all of the submitted ideas were distilled into the following five key values, each of which was defined at some length.

  • We value our people-first culture.
  • We value sharing and collaboration.
  • We value passion, optimism and quality of work.
  • We value a rewarding and sustainable business.
  • We value our integrity and our relationships with others.
  • We value the world we live in.
