Environment practice leader joins ownership team

March 2010

Mark Hather, leader of Manidis Roberts’ environment practice, has become the latest employee to be offered a shareholding in the company.

The offer is part of the organisation’s well established succession plan, designed to ensure long-term sustainable growth for the business.

"The succession plan has for many years been an integral part of our business development strategy," said board member Eve Tusa, who is also chair of the Manidis Roberts ownership committee.

"We are delighted to welcome Mark to the ownership team," Eve said. "Since joining the company in early 2009 he has provided exceptional leadership to the environment team. He is a strong professional with a solid industry reputation and strengths in business development and client relationship management, which are core aspects of the owner profile."

Mark is now one of 10 employees with a shareholding in the company; the others are Philip Manidis, Geoff Roberts, Peter Devine, Eve Tusa, Meegan Sullivan, Rob Salisbury, Tara Glastonbury, Rodney Lindsell and Belinda Mellowes.
