Executive team welcomes Rodney Lindsell and Rob Salisbury
The talents and experience of two prominent staff members – Rob Salisbury and Rodney Lindsell – have been added to the Manidis Roberts executive team.
Rob is an environmental scientist with 20 years’ experience in water, wastewater, industrial, energy, road and other infrastructure projects.
He has an extensive and impressive track record as an environmental manager and team leader on a range of construction projects delivered under design and construct, relationship and alliance contracts. Most recently these have included Sydney Water’s SewerFix Pumping Stations Alliance and the Northside Storage Tunnel Alliance.
Imbued with his passion for helping the company succeed, Rob will bring to the executive team a deep understanding of the environment practice area, a hands-on perspective of our alliance contracts, and his experience of a different and competitive business model.
Rodney has more than fifteen years’ experience in planning, project management and environmental assessment, in a variety of working environments. His extensive experience in the transport sector has, in recent years, included the preparation of overview reports and undertaking community consultation, instrumental in developing the metro rail concept in Sydney and securing funds for rail corridor protection.
He will bring new perspectives to the executive team, particularly relating to key transport infrastructure planning and his intimate knowledge of the NSW Government. He will also bring a more complete knowledge of the project development practice area.
Rodney is a lateral thinker with the courage to investigate and try new ideas – an important asset in our growing business.
