Manidis Roberts has ranked number 8 in the 50 Best Places to Work study

June 2010

Manidis Roberts has ranked number 8 in the 50 Best Places to Work study, conducted by the Great Places to Work Institute of Australia. While this may not be a surprise for its passionate workforce, it is an impressive result for the first time entrant.

Manidis Roberts was extensively examined in the survey to ascertain the culture, motivation and performance of its employees and company as a whole. This included aspects of the Manidis Roberts workplace ranging from staff development, organisational communication and inclusive management methods to facilitating bike commuting and company morning teas.

The independent survey comprised an online employee survey known as the trust index and the culture audit that specifically looked at workplace culture. The trust index consisted of about 50 statements covering credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie, while the management questionnaire required Manidis Roberts to submit accompanying information from employee demographics, general information about the company, employee benefits and its corporate culture.

The Best Places to Work study was compiled from both the survey and the questionnaire to provide a comprehensive snapshot of Manidis Roberts alongside the other participating organisations.
