Manidis Roberts leadership teams swells from within
Manidis Roberts has appointed five senior consultants to the company’s leadership team – Adam Davis, Joanne Lewis, Patricia Twaalfhoven, Steve Ambrose and Tim Collins. All five bring great skill and experience strengthening Manidis Roberts reputation with our clients particularly in the areas of transport, water and sustainability.
Adam Davis
Adam joined the Manidis Roberts’ Sydney team in 2009 and is the head of Manidis Roberts’ environment group. He is seen as a thought leader in climate resilience, providing strategic advice to some of Australia’s largest property groups. He has also been engaged by state government agencies in analysing any potential climate risks for major infrastructure projects. This leadership in climate change has seen Adam recently appointed onto the Executive of EIANZ’s Climate Change Special Interest Section. He has also been a previous winner of the NSW State Government’s Work Energy Smart Champion Award for his leadership in climate change.
Joanne Lewis
Since joining Manidis Roberts in 2006, Joanne has been instrumental in the success of the Sydney Water Priority Sewerage Program alliance as the communications manager. She has 25 years’ experience in communications and community relations, including seven years managing a community relations team at Sydney Water delivering communications for major infrastructure projects. She is highly regarded for her work in establishing and maintaining relationships with the public, key stakeholders and influential community members.
Patricia Twaalfhoven
A leader in the transport development space, Patricia joined Manidis Roberts in 2008 and has worked on some of the most significant transport projects in NSW, including the North West Rail Link. She is a trusted adviser to senior management at Transport for NSW, known for her keen insight in transport planning in a complex stakeholder environment. She has a PhD in Policy Analysis in the field of transport and infrastructure and has vast experience in this area from her academic work and project work within the public and private sectors both in Australia and in Europe.
Steve Ambrose
As the new General Manager Corporate Services and head of the project development team, Steve brings a wealth of experience in change implementation and process improvement including the application of the Six Sigma quality improvement methodology. Steve’s extensive experience in project management and project delivery saw him lead a team of 25 people from across three different states and deliver annualised project benefits in excess of $10M. Steve has worked on a number of integrated project teams since joining Manidis Roberts in 2008 including the Sewerfix Wet Weather Alliance and worked with clients such as Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads, Queensland Rail and Transport for NSW.
Tim Collins
Tim has 15 years Australian and UK experience in project development, feasibility and implementation. He is renowned for his sound advice on navigating complex and high profile projects through political, regulatory and commercial hurdles. He has delivered significant transport assignments in NSW and has an intimate knowledge and understanding of the transport system and the political and industry context. Since joining Manidis Roberts in 2006, he has successfully led and worked within integrated teams on complex, time-critical projects for clients including the NSW Department of Transport, NBN Co, Sydney Metro, Landcom, ING Real Estate, Rio Tinto Coal Australia, Australand and Woolworths Limited.
