Manidis Roberts has scored ‘best employer’ status in its recent employee engagement survey, conducted by global human resources consulting firm Hewitt Associates.

“I’m very proud to announce that our overall engagement score across the business was a massive 82 per cent,” managing director Peter Devine told a meeting of Manidis Roberts staff.

“Each year Hewitt surveys approximately 400 companies in great depth and arrives at a best employer score. For the top dozen or so companies that is 82%.

“Also, results from the same survey show that we vastly exceeded the professional services benchmark of 60 per cent,” Peter said.

“In addition to the overall engagement score, the results of this independent survey provide us with extremely valuable insights into the views and attitudes of everyone within the organisation – this knowledge will help ensure that we maintain high levels of engagement with our team going forward.”

Seventy-six per cent of Manidis Roberts staff completed the engagement survey, anonymously, last November.
