The Bonnyrigg expression of interest was for a public private partnership to rebuild and manage public housing in Sydney’s south west. One of the main aims of the client was to illustrate that they understood the problems faced by the residents and could partner with them to provide solutions. All images in the document were of the area proposed for redevelopment and were taken by Bob Peters, with the mosaic on the front cover being a community art project at the local primary school. The regional content gave the bid strength and authority, and demonstrated a clear awareness of the local culture and the issues surrounding the project.
