The client’s vision for this project was well established in their call for expressions of interest so our design team worked with the proponent to develop a concept that enhanced this vision. The internal layouts highlighted the ecologically sustainable design, while the clean, hard lines of the foliage artwork refl ected the architectural aspect of the project but also strongly suggested the environmental, cultural and ecological design elements. It communicates the prestigious nature of the development without being pretentious or too literal.
