A team made up of John Holland, Degrémont and Manidis Roberts pitched to Sydney Water to develop a major recycled water system to provide environmental flows in the Hawkesbury River. The Future Flows logo approach reflected the three existing sewage treatment plants that would be connected to form an integrated source. The blue was used to enforce the high quality of the treatment and the restoration of river health.
