New owners added to the team – feb 08
Three leaders – Tara Glastonbury, Belinda Wilkes and Rodney Lindsell – have been offered ownership of Manidis Roberts. These three talented people will join the six employees who currently own the company.
“The offer is part of our long term succession plan” said Philip Manidis who is the company’s founding director and chair of the board. From early in our history we have sought to build a long term sustainable business and the succession plan is an integral part of that. Each of the three leaders brings exceptional talent and the drive to make the company grow further. |

Tara has been part of the company for four years and in that time has revolutionised our studio. Manidis Roberts is now capable of producing high end communications materials in print or electronic format under time and project pressures. The studio is a very profitable part of the business that really adds to our reputation in the market. |

Rodney is new to the company and is pioneering the push into project development of major transport projects. He is highly respected by the NSW government and has quickly adapted to a trusted advisor role. |

The appointments follow the recent inclusion of Rob Salisbury as an owner. Rob brings 20 years of experience in consulting and a passion to make a difference.
