Outline
Adam has a wide range of management experience, from coordinating specialist consultants through the approvals and planning processes to on-site construction project management. This background, in addition to his outstanding communication skills, makes Adam highly suited to demanding urban development projects.
Adam was instrumental in delivering the first locality development control plan within Sydney’s South West Growth Centre, at Edmondson Park. His role saw him engaging, assessing and managing specialist consultants, and incorporating their findings into a consolidated masterplan. He was heavily involved in the strategic planning of the precinct’s town centre, and played an integral part in the project through his successful ongoing consultation with key stakeholders (such as the Growth Centres Commission, Liverpool City Council and the Department of Environment and Conservation).
He has played a central role in establishing Manidis Roberts’ South East Queensland office in Brisbane – from preparing a long-term business development strategy to recruiting local senior staff, and is a senior member of the South East Queensland team.
