Outline
Adam is a certified environmental practitioner and associate environmental auditor with over 14 years of industry experience both in the public and private sectors in sustainability, climate change and environmental management. Adam is competent in all aspects of sustainability services, particularly with respect to incorporating sustainability considerations into the development of infrastructure and property development projects from concept through to project commissioning and beyond. Adam has extensive experience in the co-ordination and project management of sustainability strategies and policy frameworks, sustainability reporting, sustainability assessments and developing environmental management systems. In recent advisory roles Adam, has provided sustainability advice to ActewAGL, NBN Co, CIC Australia and Landcom.
Adam’s strength is his background in climate change, where the NSW State Government has formally awarded his achievements. Adam has been instrumental in assessing the vulnerability of critical infrastructure, local communities and property developments to the impacts of climate change and providing strategic advice on approaches to adaptation. Recent climate adaptation projects include those for The GPT Group, the Gold Coast Rapid Transit project and several local governments.
His experience in climate change has also seen him appointed as an executive on the Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand’s climate change special interest section, as well as a position on the Australian Green Infrastructure Council’s product design and development working group.
