Belinda has more than 14 years’ experience working in senior management roles across a diverse range of industries. With a Bachelor of Management and a Masters of Social Science, Belinda has substantial knowledge and experience in a broad range of management areas – including human capital management, strategy development and implementation, corporate governance, operational management and general administration.

Belinda has been heavily involved in both policy development and project management of natural resource management issues. She has also been responsible for designing and implementing a number of state funded and Commonwealth funded projects aimed at improving water use efficiency among horticultural irrigators, increasing agribusiness profitability, and developing and implementing an environmental management system for horticulturists in the Murrumbidgee valley.
