Outline
Dan is a chartered town planner with over 15 years experience working in the private sector on strategic planning, transport planning, land use and transport integration projects. He has a thorough understanding of the planning system and has worked extensively with both public and private sectors to deliver complex urban developments in Australia, the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Dan has worked closely with development executives from GPT Group, Lend Lease, Sekisui House and Landcom on designing and resolving transport and infrastructure issues associated with urban development projects. He has worked in a wide range of areas from project scoping and site identification, through feasibility and detailed assessment phases, to managing and negotiating approvals with government.
Dan has been involved in developing planning and infrastructure strategies for a number of high profile and award winning projects including, the Eden Project (UK) and Rouse Hill Regional Centre (NSW).
