With over 15 years in strategic infrastructure planning and delivery, stakeholder engagement, community consultation and issues management, Meegan is recognised for providing strategic leadership in complex and sensitive infrastructure projects, particularly in the water industry. She has also managed strategies for sustainable land development and innovative servicing approaches for major urban projects.
Meegan previously held senior positions with Sydney Water in communications, corporate relations and ensuring the successful delivery of major programs. She is acknowledged as a leader in her field of risk communications and community engagement for contentious infrastructure projects.
Meegan has been involved in several successful alliances over the last eight years and currently serves on the alliance leadership team for Sydney Water’s Priority Sewerage Program. Over the past two years, she have been increasingly asked to help organisations in the transport sector establish governance and performance requirements for stakeholder and community engagement in major projects.
