Outline
Patricia has more than 10 years’ experience, with significant exposure to government transport and infrastructure projects, policies and politics both within Australia and Europe. She has a PhD in Policy Analysis in the field of transport and infrastructure and has vast experience in this area from her academic work and project work within the public and private sectors.
Patricia’s most recent experience is with Transport for NSW where she coordinated the development of clear and concise overviews of major transport projects and products under development, including the NWRL, to inform senior Government and Ministerial officers.
During 2008-10 Patricia performed a central role in Sydney Metro in the mobilisation team and coordinating Product Definition Reports and business cases for various metro projects. In her role as Director Research, Demand and Economics within Sydney Metro, Patricia was responsible for coordinating outputs from all project workgroups to achieve effective and timely business case documentation and reporting to the highest standards and Treasury’s requirements for its gateway review processes.
She has substantial project development experience the infrastructure and integrated urban planning areas, and has worked on numerous complex contentious projects within interdisciplinary teams. Patricia has strong analytical, project management and communication skills and is experienced at all levels of government.
