Rob is a senior environmental consultant with extensive experience both in Australia and internationally. He has worked with clients on environmental issues during all phases of the project lifecycle, including project feasibility, planning, design, approvals, construction and operations.

As one of the leaders within Manidis Roberts, he has particular responsibility for the environment practice area, a key client and one of the company’s most significant projects.

Rob’s previous experience included the following significant roles and projects:

  • Environment manager for SewerFix Pumping Stations Program, Bondi RIAMP and West Camden STP Upgrade.
  • Project director for five environmental impact statements (EIS) for upgrades to various parts of Port Kembla Steelworks for BlueScope Steel.
  • Project manager for Illawarra Cogeneration Project EIS and environmental management plan (EMP) for Duke Energy International.
  • Project manager for the Northside Storage Tunnel EIS and Representations Report, and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Coordinator for the alliance team during construction.
  • Environmental management system (EMS) for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.

He is currently the planning manager for the 5-year, $240 million SewerFix Wet Weather Alliance program, where he leads a multidisciplinary team of over 40 people.
