Steve has more than ten years’ program and project management experience across a range of industries. Capable of applying his skills across several industries, Steve has a successful track record of leading departments and organisations through change and transformation programs that ensure effectiveness and results.
Steve has extensive experience across many disciplines including risk management, quality management and management systems, project governance, project reporting and key performance indicator (KPI) measurement reporting. Able to balance strategic thinking with practical execution, Steve has a history of delivering workable solutions for complex projects and issues.
Steve has recently led and implemented a risk management framework and reporting for the $250m SewerFix Wet Weather Alliance and more recently has also led the risk function for the Gold Coast Rapid Transit (GCRT) project in South East Queensland. Additionally for GCRT, Steve developed and deployed the project governance and KPI reporting arrangements to ensure effective project governance and reporting.
