Outline
Tim has over ten years experience in project development, feasibility and implementation, across the transport, property, telecommunications and financial services industries. He advises government and private sector clients on high profile, complex and often contentious projects.
Tim has a range of skills in project definition, planning, management, governance, documentation, strategic positioning and communications. He is an outstanding writer and has successfully led and worked within integrated teams on complex, time-critical projects for clients including Transport for NSW, Sydney Metro, Landcom, ING Real Estate, Rio Tinto Coal Australia, and John Holland.
Tim is currently leading the business case, project definition and demand forecasting for the North West Rail Link. He previously managed the documentation and governance of the West Metro project over eighteen months from feasibility through to completion of the pre-construction phase, including all major project documentation, intergovernmental liaison, funding submissions, project planning, stakeholder liaison, programming and budget.
