The Optus Vision network activities were attracting controversy and protest from communities and local government authorities. Manidis Roberts was engaged to help Optus Vision meet their public consultation obligations under the National Telecommunications Code, in order to roll out their broadband aerial cable network.

Manidis Roberts facilitated community consultation with the Adelaide community in accordance with the requirements of the National Telecommunications code, objectives of Optus, special characteristics of Adelaide and the tight timeframe forced by the amended code.
