Panthers Entertainment Group owns and manages 14 clubs throughout NSW. To help realise the value of club lands and assist in building long-term sustainable value, the Group chose ING Real Estate as partner, via a tender process.
Manidis Roberts advised ING Real Estate during the bid process for this partnership and we are now the principle planners for all 14 sites including the Panther’s premier Riverlink Precinct in Penrith. This 68-hectare site is currently occupied by a club, hotel, golf course, and other recreation facilities. The proposal is to develop a large mixed-use locality incorporating entertainment, recreation, residential, retail, and cultural facilities. This will be a destination precinct with excellent design and public domain features for residents and visitors.

- Working collaboratively to produce a precinct plan for the Riverlink Precinct and the Panthers Penrith masterplan.
