The TransLink Station Upgrade Program is a key element of the TransLink Transit Authority’s strategy to improve public transport across South East Queensland. The five-year $240 million program comprises more than 30 projects across the network. These include commuter car parks, construction of new bus stations and upgrades to existing stations.

Manidis Roberts people, embedded in the Authority’s Infrastructure Team, provided integrated advice on program governance, procurement and land use.

Key achievements include
