Australand is one of Australia’s largest diversified property developers. With interests in residential, commercial and industrial properties, Australand has a national focus and a track record of more than 80,000 residential lots developed. Manidis Roberts’ relationship with Australand started in 2001 when we helped position them to win joint venture opportunities with Landcom. We have since worked closely with Australand to secure and then develop key new release areas in Western Sydney, Perth, Brisbane and Melbourne. In addition, we helped prepare their national sustainability strategy, and brokered an agreement between Sydney Water and Australand for the 40 per cent reduction in water use in all new Australand multi-unit developments.
