Canberra Investment Corporation (CIC) is a rapidly-growing property developer based in Canberra, with offices in Adelaide and Darwin and projects spread across the ACT region, NSW, SA and NT. CIC is committed to enhancing the environment, improving sustainability, and laying foundations for new and vibrant communities throughout Australia.
Manidis Roberts has been closely involved for several years with the planning of CIC’s major project at Googong in the ACT region. Googong will be a vibrant and sustainable community and the home for up to 18,000 people. Our involvement includes the financial feasibility, infrastructure planning, environmental approval, commercial planning and sustainability planning for the project.
