ING Real Estate is an integrated real estate group that is engaged in the development, financing and investment management of quality real estate in all major global markets.
In 2006, Manidis Roberts played an instrumental part in assisting ING Real Estate to win the bid for partnering with the Panthers Entertainment Group. The innovative partnership structure created a new entity to own the Group’s property assets, unlocking value within the property portfolio of 14 clubs across NSW and improving Panthers’ operational position.
Manidis Roberts is also providing planning advice for the reinvigoration of assets in the ING Real Estate portfolio, including the Style Homemaker bulky goods centre in Alexandria.
