Outline
Landcom is a masterplanner of living communities and has developed residential, commercial and industrial properties for close to 30 years in New South Wales. Manidis Roberts’ relationship with Landcom began in 1988, and was primarily focussed on sustainability initiatives and technician-style services, including sustainability plans and technical guides. We were responsible for introducing the concept of sustainability into Landcom operations, preparing Landcom’s first ecologically sustainable development strategy.
During the last few years, we have expanded our services within Landcom, and now provide strategic and development planning advice, including development management, project management, planning, and infrastructure coordination services on strategic and complex projects. We also provide advice on infrastructure delivery and industry relationships, particularly on the more strategic and integrated development projects.
