The Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC) is a government owned corporation based in Brisbane and, with over $50 billion funds invested across the globe, is Australia’s fourth largest funds manager.
Manidis Roberts’ relationship with QIC began in 2002 when we managed and produced a joint QIC-Australand bid to Landcom to develop the Rouse Hill town centre. While that bid was ultimately unsuccessful, the strong relationship forged during the bid’s implementation has resulted in subsequent commissions from QIC to provide expert analyses for their long-term real estate investment decisions.
