Manidis Roberts’ corporate and project services practice area encompasses business strategy, planning and management as well as all administrative functions. Responsive to the needs of all internal and external stakeholders (including the board, staff, clients, project teams and partners), we are responsible for the implementation of company policy and procedures, maintaining infrastructure to a high level of safety and efficiency, and managing the support and well-being of staff.

In addition, the team fulfils a number of key external project roles assuring team performance and culture, human resource management, IT and financial services and the development and implementation of a full range of administrative support systems.
